Living in the Frank L. Wright and Aaron Green Architecture
One of the most appreciated American architects in the 20th
century is Frank Lloyd Wright. He has a protégé which has worked with him
more than 40 years and has been a lecturer at Stanford for 50 years. Whilst Aaron
Green is truly respected in the academic circles, the houses he has designed are adored and favored in the market as
One of the few houses Green has
designed, now is on the market. This masterpiece is placed on top of a hill and
surrounded by all the attractions you may wish; Elementary and high school
besides a college, two respected churches, and a museum. The house is just
between two bands of parks which are stretched from northwest to southeast. And
the distance from this house to all of those facilities plus a tennis club and
more than 5 fields is less than a mile!
Inside the house is a tailored
combination of wood, stones, and fabrics in presence of the most beautiful
views which resembles a taste of Modern architecture.
The 5008 sq. ft. house lies in a lot of
2660 ac. In addition to 4 beds and 4.5 baths, total 11 rooms include media
room, office, family and dining room. 2 fireplaces, marble flooring (in some
spaces), sauna, and many other features of the house makes you sure that your
connection with the nature will be appreciated continuously. Those who are
familiar with the famous project of Taliesin will feel a sense of intimacy in
every corner of the space.
There are so many of these treasures in
the bay area and if we know about them more, it will help us all in evaluating
them, both socially and fiscally.
