California is showing positive growth, sales of existing single-family home increased on a year to year basis for the first time since 2013. Regionally the housing in the Bay Area continues to outperform the rest of the state. Take a look at the state wide median price of single family homes;
1. San Francisco Bay Area's median home price increased to $669,590, up 6.2% from last year
2. Central Valley's median home price increased to $242,470, up 8.6% from last year.
3. Southern California's median home price increased to $420,700, up 3.8% from last year.
